Booking & Policies
- Salon procedures – At tranquility we aspire to be the best and will make sure all clients are 100% satisfied.
- Information – Any information taken during consultation will be strictly confidential.
- Timing – We do ask if all clients could arrive 5 mins prior treatment times to make sure you receiveyour full treatment and also for the benefit of the clients after you.
- Valuables – Please remove all jewellery before your treatment and place somewhere safely with your belongings.
- Cancellation – If you wish to cancel your treatment we ask for 24hours notice prior treatment. 50%off treatment cost will be charged if we do not recieve 24 hours notice
- Tinting – When having your eyelashes / eyebrows tinted you must have a patch test 24 hours before your treatment.
- Deposit – A £10 deposit is required for any treatment over £50.
